Prices and general conditions for your stay

Price conditions

- Room prices are per person per day, including breakfast in summer, for a minimum stay of 3 days. Apartments prices are per person per day, excluding breakfast, and include bed linen, towels and kitchen towels.
- The final cleaning fee is included in the price.
- We provide parking and an e-charging station for your convenience.
- During your stay, you will receive the Val Gardena Mobil Card, a complimentary weekly ticket for unlimited bus rides throughout South Tyrol.
- Please note that the price indicated does not include the community residence tax of €3.40 per guest per night. However, children up to 14 years of age are exempt from this tax. It is payable upon departure and will be itemized separately on your invoice.
- The reservation becomes binding once a deposit of 30% of the total amount is transferred.

Cancellation conditions

- For cancellations up to 8 days before arrival we charge 50% of the total amount
- In case of cancellation within 7 or 2 days before arrival we charge 80% of the total amount
- In case of cancellation within 1 day before arrival we charge the total amount
- In order to avoid possible cancellation fees, we recommend you to take out an inexpensive travel cancellation insurance. You can easily fill out our online form to book your personal 'guardian angel':

Check-in & Check-out

Your rooms and apartments are available from 14:00 on the day of your arrival and should be vacated by 9:30 on the day of departure at the latest. We ask for your understanding and cooperation to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out for all our guests.

Pets

We welcome pets on request and for a small extra charge.
